what do you do when you are tired or stressful?

what do you do when you are tired?
In my case I usally go to public bath and take sauna. After sweating more I can recovered.
Right now, I'm dyind to go.....
How about you?

When I am tired, I usually watch interesting action movies or interesting TV dramas. Then I forget all stressful things. After that I can begin the new day.

I'm another version of you(Because we have the same originally. Just joking)
In my case, usually going to the sauna is the best way to escape from suffering from something.
Next ways are going to bed and try to sleep on hot electric bed and cleaning my room including washing dishes.
Then I am refreshed again

When I stress out, I usually go swiming pool and swim for about an hour. After swiming, I take a sauna which gives me energy to restart. Or listening musics, I drive my car outside to enjoy fresh air, beautiful countryside scenery. These days I don't drive a car much more than before. Because it costs much money.

When I'm tired or stressed out I usually do something nice for myself like a long bath or a manicure.

I usually drink "소주" and sleep like a log. But I don't want to recommend this.

I take a shower and go to bed for a sleep when I am tired. I go jogging or hiking when I am stressed out. How about you?

when I'm tired, I usually sleep. After sleeping, I can feel my feeling is changed and I try to solve my problem.

Hmmm well your question is a little bit hard to answer because I always feel tired even after I wake up in the morning ㅜㅜ Anyway whenever I feel that way, I try to take a walk about one hour and go to sauna like you^^ I think takeing bath also can be a great way to be relaxed..ok~ have a nice dinner and see you^^

In my opinion, Sleep is best.

But We usually feel tired at the workplace.
We can't sleep. That's a problem.

I usually pray to God for recovering my energy when I am weary and tired and depressed.
And I go jogging or hiking to shed sweat. Then, it makes me feel better.
